Anastasia is of a medium-tall height and a muscular build. Notably, she has light red top surgery scars and circular scars around each wrist from using her bracelets. She has long brunette locks that fade into blonde, with bangs that frame her face and streaks of blonde throughout.

She has a tendency to don her scarlet scarf no matter what outfit she's in. Typically, she wears a black sleeveless turtleneck and a pair of baggy dark grey jeans, with bright scarlet sneakers to match her scarf.
